The CPMEF is administered by a five (5) person Board of Directors. The members of the Board are CPMs who are members in good standing of a professional organization with a membership that is at least 60% Certified Public Managers®, and are elected by the AACPM/ASPA Section Officers, the National CPM Consortium Executive Committee, and Presidents of Certified Public Manager® organizations recognized by the CPMEF. The Board is responsible to carry out the Foundation’s programs and operations in support of its Mission and Vision.
