The Executive Council is made up of The Chair, Chair-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past Chair, six Members-at-Large, and the Consortium Administrator (non-voting). The Executive Council conducts the business of the Consortium, as delegated by the Board of Directors and as designated in the governing documents, at times other than meetings of the Board of Directors.
